Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Position Description: We work with our clients to define the precise job description and the appropriate salary range by leveraging our experience and industry knowledge gathered through competitive analysis of client’s industry.

Candidate Sourcing: We filter potential candidate profiles through different sources which include media advertisements, candidate referral schemes, headhunting, recruitment drives, job portals, etc.

Candidate Screening:
  • CV/Resume screening
  • Response handling from open position ads on job advertisements in print media
  • Review of requisite skills through personal interviews
  • Confirmation of salary expectations within salary range
  • Ensure geographic fit: review commute times or relocation allowance expectations
  • Review candidate’s salary and reason-for-leaving history
  • Conduct skill testing
  • Client Communication & update process
  • Handling of unsuccessful candidates
Offer and On-boarding:
  • Complete Reference Checks, Documentation and / or other verifications
  • Present sortlisted candidates (usually 2 for each position) to client for final interview
  • On selection, Extend a Verbal Offer to Candidate (with the approval of client)
  • Confirm Acceptance of the Offer to Client
  • Ensure that the candidate(s) joins on the specified date
  • Schedule Progress Calls
  • In case of service disruption, provide replacement (one time free replacement if within the guarantee period) within the stipulated time and as per client's specifications
Induction and Employee Management
  • Issue of appointment letters to candidates selected by the client on receiving acceptance of the offer from the candidate
  • Reference check on candidates based on specific requests from client
  • Conduct induction programs for batches of employees
  • Co-ordinating opening of bank accounts, issue of PF/ ESI number, Personal & Medical Insurance, etc.
  • Providing joining kit to selected candidates
  • Issue of letters covering transfers, promotions, increments, incentives, etc.
  • During separation, coordinate Exit Interview, obtaining NOCs and experience certificates.
